LEA SCHOLARSHIP

The Linton Education Association is now accepting applications for the $500 scholarship which is awarded to a former Linton High School student who is a college level junior or senior majoring in education.  Applications and/or more information can be obtained by contacting Janel Nelson or Annette Pavlicek at the Linton Public School, 254-4173.  The application must be post marked by February 1, 2017.

LINTON CHAMBER OF COMMERCE WILL SPONSOR “NO-SHAVE NOVEMBER” CONTEST

Nov. 1-25, 2016. The goal of  “No-Shave November” is to grow awareness by embracing our hair, which many cancer patients lose, and letting it grow will and free.  Donate the money you typically spend on shaving and grooming to educate about cancer prevention, save lives, and aid those fighting the battle.
