A quorum of the Linton City Council was present to attend the LIDC Board of Directors Meeting on March 11, 2020 at 6:00 pm in the Emmons County Commissioner’s Room. Mayor Daniel Imdieke and the following council members were present: Jon Ptacek, Randall Meidinger, Wayne Ehley, Dennis Morris, Linda Schumacher-Kelsch.
