The meeting was called to order by Mayor Tim Volk on Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at 5:00 pm. Upon roll call, the following council members were present: James Gartner, Shelly Hauge, Randy Meidinger, Dan Imdieke, Linda Schumacher-Kelsch. Absent: Dennis Morris Also present: City Administrator Sharon Jangula. Visitor: Mike Manstrom, Dougherty & Company.

Discussion was held with Mike Manstrom on the sale of bonds for the interim financing of the sewer improvements project.

A motion to approve the $1,554,000 Loan Anticipation Temporary Revenue Bonds, Series 2018 Financing Resolution was made by Randy Meidinger, seconded by James Gartner. Unanimous aye vote; motion carried. The resolution authorizes the issuance of the bonds to finance a portion of construction costs of the sanitary sewer system improvements.

A motion to approve the Second Reading and Final Passage of Ordinance 18-03-01 Authorizing the Issuance of Sales Tax Revenue Bonds to Finance Sanitary Sewer Improvements was made by James Gartner, seconded by Shelly Hauge. Unanimous aye vote; motion carried.

A motion to approve Local Permit #18-05 to St. Anthony Catholic Church for a raffle was made by Linda Schumacher-Kelsch, seconded by Dan Imdieke. Unanimous aye vote; motion carried.

A motion to adjourn the meeting was made by James Gartner and seconded by Dan Imdieke. Meeting adjourned.
