NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that special assessments for the cost of improvements for Street Improvement District No. 24-1 have been levied against the lots or tracts of land especially benefitted by such improvements, said special assessments are contained within the the Assessment List, which is available for review at City Hall, 101 1st St. NE, Linton, ND.

Furthermore, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Special Assessment Commission of the City of Linton, North Dakota, will meet to hear objections to the aforementioned assessments, pursuant to N.D.C.C. § 40-23, and said meeting will take place on the 9th day of September, 2025, at 6:30 pm, in the Linton Community Center at 101 NE 1st St., Linton, North Dakota.
