Shall Article III of the Linton Home Rule Charter be amended to authorize the city to continue to impose one (1%) percent retail sales and use tax on gross receipts, which was imposed to fund the municipal swimming pool renovation and is set to expire on March 31, 2017, as set out below?
Forty-five (45%) percent shall be appropriated to the water fund for debt payments on the water system improvement project and other water related infrastructure and capital improvements; forty-five (45%) shall be appropriated to the sewer fund for sewer related infrastructure and capital improvements; ten (10%) percent shall be appropriated to the Linton Park Board.
