NOTICE TO ALL PROPERTY OWNERS AND TENANTS WITHIN THE CITY OF LINTON

Sidewalks must be clear of any and all obstructions to include but not limited to tree branches and shrubs. As defined in Ordinance No. 82-1, tree branches cannot be lower than eight (8) feet over the sidewalk, and all obstructions must be removed or properly trimmed so as not to obstruct people from using the sidewalks. All trees, shrubs and other obstructions must be removed from the sidewalk by August 15, 2018. Thank you for your cooperation.
