REMINDER NOT TO PLACE OR ALLOW PLACEMENT OF SNOW UPON ANY CITY STREET, ALLEYWAY OR PUBLIC THOROUGHFARE

It shall be unlawful to place or allow placement upon any city street, alleyway or public thoroughfare any snow or ice from any residential sidewalk, driveway, or yard. Snow and/or ice from any parking lot, commercial or residential, shall not be placed on any city street, alley, or public thoroughfare. Violation of misplacement of snow/ice is an infraction punishable by a fine not to exceed $50.00. AMENDED CITY ORDINANCE 3.0209.
