American Legion Auxiliary Will Meet Monday, January 13 , 7:00   p.m.   Hosts for Lunch Committee are Lorraine Werner and Mary Bosch.

Sunday Services ( Sunday School, Church Service ) at  1st Baptist Church  in Linton  on Sunday, January 5 have been cancelled due to the extreme cold. The service at the Strasburg Care Center on January 5 has also been cancelled. Please contact Pastor Paul or a board member with any questions.

American Legion Post 54 Will Meet Thursday, Jan 9, 5:30 p.m.,  at the Legion Club Room.  Election of Officers and Supper Follows.

City of Linton  and LIDC  will be closed Dec. 24, 2013  , Tuesday  and  Dec. 25 , Wednesday for the Christmas Holiday.

DEC. 22 – Sunday, 6:00 p.m. Lunch to follow

Saturday, Dec. 21 – The Linton High School FBLA and FCCLA chapters are hosting the 3rd Annual Holiday Extravaganza, 10:00am to 2:00pm, at the Linton Middle School. Free admission!

Dec. 19 – Thursday, Senior Supper with Christmas gift exchange.  Men bring for a man.  Women bring for a woman.

Emmons County Courthouse will be closed Tuesday and Wednesday, Dec. 24 and 25, for the Christmas holiday.

Saturday, Dec. 14, 2013.  Meet at Senior Citizen’s parking lot at 10:30 a.m.  Will be car pooling to go to Hazelton for the Christmas happenings.
